Meghan Pifko
Holding mulitple Mat and Equipment Certifications from Polestar Pilates (founded by Brent Anderson, DPT) Meghan's background includes 10 years as a Pilates Practitioner at Body In Balance PT (Setauket and Hauppauge NY). During those years she designed and conducted private sessions for patients dealing with challenges such as MS, stroke, herniated discs, pelvic floor dysfunction, chronic pain, SI dysfunction, osteoporosis, stenosis, spondylolesthesis, as well as post op recovery from surgeries for joint replacement, spinal conditions, breast cancer, and rotator cuff injuries.
Kelly Kane has been one of Meghan's most influential mentors, and she has taught mat and equipment teacher certifications for The Kane School (hosted by Kinected, NYC) .
Meghan is known for her gentle and positive teaching style, creativity in finding ways to make Pilates safe and effective no matter the client's history, and for her attention to the details of each movement. These skills serve to offer Meghan's clients the opportunity to experience a deep connection with their body as she guides them towards their individual goals.

Miranda Reilly
Miranda is a Certified Polestar Practitioner. While earning her bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz, she deepened her passion for Pilates. She saw its impact on her life and wanted to share it with others. In 2015, she received a mat Pilates certification from the Athletics and Fitness Association of America and instructed classes for students and staff at New Paltz.
After returning to Long Island, she received her 450+ hour comprehensive training with Polestar Pilates. During her training, she began working with her mentor, Meghan Pifko at Pilates for Health. She trained under Meghan, honing her craft while developing her own skills as a Pilates instructor. Miranda is proficient in the Pilates Repertoire across all the Studio apparatus including The Pilates Reformer, Mat, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and the Trapeze Table. Miranda’s focus on the quality of movement and a meaningful session is great for individuals from pre- and post-rehabilitation to those working on fitness and athletic performance. Her love of Pilates will encourage you to be inspired and find joy in movement.

Janine Ambroze
Janine Ambroze is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science and an Associate Degree in Surgical Technology. Janine is a PMA Certified Polestar Practitioner.
Janine has completed advanced trainings as an ERYT-500, and RPYT (prenatal yoga) from Yoga Alliance. Janine trained under Judith Lasater PHD, PT in Relax and Renew Levels I and II (restorative yoga). Additionally, Janine is a certified Reiki Master.
Janine synthesizes her education to devise unique programs for each client using multifocal healing modalities. This holistic culmination of solutions promotes the facilitation of effective, efficient, and healthy movement. This approach is an important measure in maintaining wellness, restoring optimal function, and/ or preventing potential injury.
Janine emphasizes the union of mind, body, and spirit to encourage good health. Janine supports others by creating a safe and well-rounded experience. It is in this balanced state that one can attain wholeness and well-being.
